PVC INSULATED LV POWER CABLES
1.Scope
(1)The Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor is no more than 70 ºC. In short-circuit(The Max. long-term is continue no more than 5 seconds). The highest temperature of conductor is no more than160ºC.
(2)Environment temperature should be no lower than 0ºC.
(3)It is used to transmit and distribute power on the power line of A.C rated voltage 0.6/1kV.
2.Construction
(1)Conductors:The conductors shall be either of Class 1 or Class 2 of plain accordance with IEC 60228.
(2)nsulation:PVC Insulation material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502-1, PVC material shall be Type A as per IEC 60502-1.
(3)Outer Sheath:Outer sheath shall be of extruded PVC as per IEC 60502-1, Polyethylene, Halogen free compound.Polychloroprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene or similar polymers.
