PVC INSULATED LV ARMORED POWER CABLES

1.Scope

(1)This product is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 1.8/3kV(system maximum voltage 3.6kV) power line transmission power.
(2)Rated voltage
1kV (Um=1.2kV) and 3kV (Um=3.6kV) cable additional standard Usage characteristics Rated voltage Power frequency AC rated voltage is 1.8/3kV, the use of AC system maximum voltage should not exceed 3.6kV.
(3)Operating temperature
The maximum allowable operating temperature of the conductor for a long time is 70 ° C. When the short-circuit occurs, the cross-sectional area of the conductor is 300mm2 or less, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor is not more than 160 ° C, the cross-sectional area of the conductor is more than 300mm2, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor is not more than 140 ° C, and the duration is not more than 5s.

The minimum operating temperature is -15 ° C.
(5)Laying temperature
The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ° C.
(6)Bending radius
The bending radius of a single-core cable should be no less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of a multi-core cable should be no less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
